Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on the nature and stage of your matter. You may receive messages in connection with scheduling, document requests, or case updates as needed.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any messages you send or receive.
Opt out. You can opt out of text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected] or (602) 396-1658. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other communications about your matter, such as phone calls or email.
Confidentiality vs. attorney-client privilege
Information submitted through the Site or in initial inquiries is not protected by attorney-client privilege. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we have evaluated a potential conflict of interest, agreed to represent you, and signed a written engagement agreement. Do not send confidential information through this Site until an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law, applicable bar rules, and our ethical obligations as attorneys.
Data security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
